Carolyn offers consulting to new and established hosts wanting to increase their property's revenue. This includes guidance on remodeling or renovation services, interior design, purchasing supplies, best practices and even wallpaper selection and paint colors. She has a large network of professional photographers, real estate agents, and contractors in the Richmond area to assist you. If you are considering buying, furnishing and launching an Airbnb rental property, she would love to set you up for success. Consultations are on an hourly basis.
Carolyn’s hosting journey began in 2018 when she began designing and furnishing her own luxury rentals. Finding ways to infuse a home with light and comfort, create magical outdoor spaces and ensure a top tier experience for her guests is her superpower. She is excited to offer her expertise to those seeking to creatively design a beautiful space for travelers.

Lauren assists new and established Airbnb hosts with marketing services. Her expertise is in copywriting, developing targeted marketing strategies, writing business plans, data analysis, listing creation, competition evaluation, photo editing/art direction, and branding. She has designed the Vogue Rentals website, branding, and rental listings on VRBO, Airbnb and Furnished Finder. She is an author, content creator, course creator and digital nomad who grew up in the West End of Richmond.
